Our prices are per day/room, including: breakfastbuffet, taxes, VAT, taxi transfer station-hotel-station, use of the wellness area and afternoon tea/coffee. A 25% discount is given for singleoccupancy of the doubleroom. Payment in euros is possible using the current daily exchange rate.
The rooms are available from 2 p.m.onwards on your day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your departure day. In case you are leaving town later on, you're welcome to deposit your bags at the reception.
Please call us once you're on the way from Täsch to Zermatt so we can organize your transfer from Zermatt railway station or the taxi stand to the hotel. Our taxi service is done by Schaller Taxi. If you use another company it will be at your own expense.

Our reservation and cancellation policy
We ask for your credit card details as a guarantee of your reservation ( card number, date of expiry of the card and its code) . Your booking can only be confirmed once you give all these details. You can optain a cancellation insurance through us in case you don't already have one.
Our cancellation policy
up till 3 weeks before arrival : free of charge
up till 2 weeks before arrival : 50%
up till 1 week before arrival : 70%
during the last week or no shows : 100%
If cancellation insurance is arranged through us, we'll consider its policy. Should you arrive later or depart earlier than booked, we charge the number of nights previously booked.
